Her passion for personal safety came as a direct result from experiencing a horrible ordeal.
After surviving her own attack using the only 3 self-defense moves she knew at the time, she's dedicated her life to helping others realize they can do the same.
It all started with an attack by a home intruder...
At 20 years old, Tiffany was faced with a home intruder who broke in while she was at a friend's house. He snuck in through a window, and hid in a bathroom. She walked passed the bathroom, and within a second, he aggressively grabbed her, pulled her into the bathroom, and began his vicious attack.
As she was being repeatedly struck and thrown against the door, all she could think about was that she needed to stay conscious, and she was recalling the 3 self-defense moves she had just seen 2 weeks before. She had never tried them, but it was her only hope. Those moves worked! She broke his nose, shoved him to the ground and ran to call the police.
When the police arrived, they shared that he had been wanted for 2 rapes and an attempted homicide.
That day sparked her on the deepest level to make it her mission in life to help other women and families to do the same. She went on to earn her 2 different 2nd degree black belts in street-smart self-defense, and has studied a wide variety of other forms of self-defense. She's reached women, men and children throughout the world, many of which have saved their own lives using her techniques.
